The Role

One of Austin’s leading plumbing companies, is searching for an Office Manager to join our energetic, fun and growing team. The ideal candidate has great customer service and communication skills, is a team player that is highly organized, detail oriented, enthusiastic, self-motivated, and is able to prioritize tasks. Must be able to work effectively with the owner and technicians. You will be on the front-lines in helping to scale the day-to-day operations as well as responding to customer phone inquiries in a prompt, courteous and concise manner. Responsibilities

• Responsible for receiving inbound calls and placing outbound calls as necessary to
return/answer customer inquiries. Respond professionally, thoughtfully, and
diplomatically to customers.
• Manage incoming web and email inquiries relating to customer support and
administrative matters.
• Dispatch calls to technicians
• Manage calendar and schedule appointments
• Accurately categorize and log customer issues
• Perform general office clerical duties
• Manage accounts receivable
• Perform some minor booking
• Must make themselves available to assist in other assignments as requested.

Requirements

• 2+ year(s) experience in customer support contact center environment (preferably
email and phone)
. College degree preferred but not required
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail and demonstrated organizational skills
• Excellent customer service skills – enthusiastic team player with a positive attitude,
self-motivated and determined
• Experience in booking keeping and accounts receivable
• Proficient in Outlook and Microsoft office products
• Ability to learn new information quickly
• Punctual and reliable
• Must have reliable transportation
• Available for a regular 5-day work week, (7:30am until 4:30pm)
